Booking Terms and Conditions
All reservations must be secured by a £10 per person non-refundable deposit, within 7 days of booking. They will be considered provisional until this is received. This must be accompanied by a complete deposit slip which is attached to the Booking/Pre Order Form.
Parties must provide menu choices one week prior to your booking date. These must be returned using the Booking/Pre Order form provided and all booking details must be completed. We request you keep a copy of your menu choices to avoid any confusion on the day of your booking.
There will be a discretionary 10% service charge added to bookings of six or more.
Cheques made payable to LUCIANOS LTD, payment by cash and all major credit/debit cards accepted.
