Penne Picante. Penne cooked in red onion, pepperoni salami and bacon in a tomato sauce.

Petto Di Pollo Al Pepe. Fresh Chicken breast, cooked with black pepper and served with a rich red wine, brandy, french mustard and cream sauce.
Petto Di Pollo Alla Crema. Fresh Chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and then cooked with mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms, brandy, white wine, sliced peach and cream.
Petto Di Pollo Alla’ Mexicano. Fresh Chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and then cooked with mushrooms, garlic, white wine and chilli.

Beef Stroganoff. Strips of fillet cooked with mushrooms, onions, peppers, cream, French mustard, red wine and brandy.
Mexican Ragout. Strips of fillet cooked in a tomato sauce with mushrooms, peppers, onions, red wine, brandy and chilli.
